Dear business partners,

With the objective to improve the organization and the volume of our business, we conducted a comprehensive transformation of our sugar business within the Studen Group. This includes, amongst others, an equity merger with the AGRANA Group giving us an additional strength and quality towards a long term and favourable supply of the markets in which we operate.

Part of the mentioned changes is the transfer of Studen & CO GmbH Division Sugar,  as of the  02nd of March 2009, to the newly established company AGRANA STUDEN SUGAR TRADING GmbH. Wien.

From the above mentioned date onwards,  the entire sugar operation of Studen & CO GmbH Division Sugar, will be exclusively conducted by the new company AGRANA STUDEN SUGAR TRADING GmbH, including invoicing both on sales and purchase side.

All business related to other goods will continue to be operated by Studen & Co GmbH.

We assure you, dear business partners, that this is at the moment only a formal act and that nothing in the spirit and the manner in which we conduct our business will change.

All business will be continued as usual, with the same team and policy.
